In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Some products may require additional preparation and dispatch within 5–8 business days — the product page will indicate this.

2. Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

3. Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders over ₹499. Below that, a nominal delivery fee shown at checkout applies. Cash on Delivery may carry a small additional fee where applicable.

4. Serviceable areas

We deliver across India to serviceable pin codes. You can check serviceability by entering your pin code on the product or checkout page.

5. Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details and can follow your order under My Orders.

6. Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, festivals, or courier delays. We'll keep you updated on any significant delay.
