Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how cancellations, returns and refunds work.
1. Order cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched, from My Orders or by emailing support@skmart.biz. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.
2. Returns
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Some items may be marked non-returnable on the product page (e.g., innerwear, customised or personalised pieces) for hygiene or personalisation reasons.
3. How to request a return
Go to My Orders → select the item → Request Return, or email support@skmart.biz with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a pickup or guide you on next steps.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we approve eligible refunds and process them to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to your provided bank account/UPI. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
Where available, you may request a size/colour exchange subject to stock. Otherwise, return the item and place a fresh order.
6. Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at support@skmart.biz — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
