How do I place an order?
Browse products, choose your size/colour, add to cart, and check out with online payment or Cash on Delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Payments are processed securely; we don't store your card details.
How long will delivery take?
In-stock items ship in 1–3 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days. Some items may need a little extra preparation time (shown on the product page). See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
What's your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused with tags. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5–7 business days of us receiving and approving your return, to your original payment method.
How do I track my order?
Go to My Orders for live status.
How do I sell on SKMART?
Register, then apply through Sell on SKMART. After KYC approval you can list products. The platform charges a commission on each sale.
